Valor
Valor
The courage to give you an honest answer, even when it costs us the job.

We're a roofing and exterior company built on a simple bet: tell homeowners the truth every time, and the work takes care of itself.
Verity Roofing & Exteriors is a veteran-owned roofing and exterior company headquartered in Castle Rock, Colorado. Our founder, Brian Zimmerman, served in the United States Marine Corps before he ever climbed a ladder for a living. He didn't bring home slogans. He brought home habits: stay organized, sweat the details, finish what you start.
Those habits now shape every roofing and exterior service we offer, from full replacements down to small leak repairs. And they show up long before we sell you anything. Most relationships with us begin with a free roof inspection and a plain-English explanation of exactly what we found up there.

Military discipline sounds dramatic. In practice, it's quiet and specific. Materials get counted before the crew arrives. The plan gets walked through before the first ladder goes up. Flashing gets checked, then checked again by a second set of eyes. When we say we'll call you Tuesday, your phone rings Tuesday.
That follow-through matters here more than most places. Colorado roofs live a hard life between hail, high wind, intense sun, and constant freeze-thaw swings, and careless workmanship fails fast in those conditions. Consistency isn't a luxury on the Front Range. It's the whole job.
Plenty of companies write a mission statement, frame it, and forget it. We'd rather you read ours and hold us to it, project by project.
Our mission: "Verity Roofing exists to make homeowners feel confident, understood, and cared for by guiding them through the roofing process with clarity, integrity, and excellence, from first inspection to final handshake."
Our vision: "To build the most trusted roofing and exterior company, known for developing exceptional people and delivering extraordinary homeowner experiences."
"Thoughtful Execution From Every Nail, Building Trust, and Friendships in Every Step." That's the bar. Every person on our team knows it.
Verity is an old word for truth. It's also how we spell out the six values we hire for, train on, and measure ourselves against.

We keep learning: new systems, new certifications, better ways to build.
Values tell you what we believe. These three pillars are how we run the business day to day.
We'd rather earn a neighbor for life than close a quick transaction. Communication stays open through the entire project, and long after the crew drives away.
Read homeowner reviewsManufacturer training and certification keep our installation standards sharp, and we inspect our own work before you ever have to.
See our certificationsSmall extras, done without being asked. If we spot a loose gutter or a lifted shingle while we're up there, you'll hear about it.
Book a free inspectionA new roof is one of the biggest checks most homeowners ever write, and the fear underneath every estimate is the same: what if I get this wrong? We built our whole process around that fear.
So education comes before any selling. We show you photos of what we found, explain what actually matters, and lay out your realistic options. Sometimes the right answer is replacement. Often it isn't. If a repair will genuinely solve your problem, we recommend the repair. If we find no damage at all, we tell you that, shake your hand, and head out.
We're just as careful with insurance. We document legitimate storm damage thoroughly and advocate for a fair assessment with your adjuster, but we refuse to pressure anyone into a claim that isn't real.
That line doesn't move.
You don't have to take our word for any of this. Read our homeowner reviews, or see which manufacturers have vetted our work on our certifications page.
Some of our favorite inspections end with the words "your roof is fine." Homeowners remember who told them the truth, and that's the company they call first when a storm finally does real damage.
Every contractor tells you what they do. Here's what we decline to do, in writing.
If that sounds like the contractor you've been trying to find, we should talk. Reach out online or call 303-500-1667, and you'll get a straight answer, whatever your roof turns out to need.
Yes. Our founder, Brian Zimmerman, served in the United States Marine Corps before starting the company. The organization, attention to detail, and follow-through he learned there still shape how every Verity project runs.
We will, and it happens regularly. If an inspection turns up no damage, we say so and leave you with a clear record of what we saw. We'd rather lose a sale than talk you into work you don't need.
We document legitimate storm damage, meet your adjuster on site, and advocate for a fair assessment. What we won't do is push you to file a claim when the damage isn't real.
Schedule a free inspection through our contact page or call 303-500-1667. We'll take a careful look, walk you through what we found in plain English, and give you honest options with zero pressure.
Free inspection. Honest assessment. If you don't need us, we'll tell you. That's the whole point.
