Roofing certifications and credentials exist because you can't easily judge workmanship from the ground. Manufacturers and industry groups do part of that judging for you, and we think you deserve to know how. So this page walks through every credential Verity Roofing holds, one at a time, in plain English.
Fair warning: we're a little skeptical of badge walls, even our own. A logo proves a company cleared someone's bar. It doesn't show you how that company treats people. For that, read our homeowner reviews and our story. Credentials are the floor. Conduct is what you're really buying.

Know What a Certification Program Involves
Every manufacturer runs its program a little differently, but most follow the same broad pattern.
- Qualify
Manufacturers typically verify that a contractor is properly licensed, insured, and in good standing before anything else happens.
- Train
Crews and project leads learn that manufacturer's specific systems and installation requirements. Not shingles in general. That brand's shingles.
- Commit to standards
Certified contractors agree to install to the manufacturer's specifications and to stand behind the finished work.
- Stay accountable
Status isn't permanent. Programs keep reviewing their contractors, and a company that lets quality slip can lose its standing.

We're a TAMKO Platinum Pro Certified Contractor. Credentials like this recognize installers who've trained on TAMKO's systems and committed to its installation standards, so TAMKO shingles go on your roof the way TAMKO intends.
Owens Corning Preferred
Owens Corning screens its Preferred Contractors before lending them its name. Holding the credential means we've met that bar and can offer Owens Corning systems with the manufacturer's backing.
CertainTeed ShingleMaster
ShingleMaster is a CertainTeed credential built around installation training and quality standards for its shingle lines. It matters most on designer and specialty shingles, where install details make or break the result.
AtlasPRO+ Select
Atlas recognizes contractors through its AtlasPRO+ program, and we hold Select status. Same theme: trained on the product, accountable to the manufacturer, able to offer its stronger warranty options.
IKO RoofPro Silver
We're an IKO RoofPro Silver Contractor, which covers IKO's shingle systems, including impact-resistant lines that earn their keep in Colorado hail country.

FORTIFIED is a national, beyond-code construction standard focused on how well a roof holds up in severe weather. We're certified to build to it. Front Range hail and wind don't care about minimum code, so we like having a standard that goes further.
GenFlex Certified
GenFlex makes commercial single-ply roofing systems, so this credential covers our flat and low-slope work for businesses, HOAs, and property managers.

So here's our answer to that second column, in writing. If a repair genuinely solves your problem, we recommend the repair. If your roof turns out to be healthy, we say so and head out. And we refuse to push insurance claims on damage that isn't legitimate. No manufacturer can certify that standard. It's the one we care about most.
