Roofing and Exterior
Services in Colorado
Roofs, siding, windows, gutters, and paint for homes and commercial buildings across the Front Range. We'll tell you what your property actually needs, even when the answer is nothing.
Find the Right Fix Before You Spend Real Money
This page is the map. Every roofing and exterior service we offer in Colorado is listed below, residential and commercial, each with a plain description of what it's for.
Know what's wrong already? Jump straight to that service. If you're still comparing materials, our roofing systems guide walks through every shingle, membrane, and metal option we install, impact-resistant asphalt through standing seam. And if a storm just rolled through, start with storm damage restoration before you call your insurance company, so you know what you're dealing with first.
And if you don't know what's going on up there, that's normal. Most people don't. Book a free roof inspection and we'll find out together. If there's no damage, we'll say so and shake your hand. We'd rather lose a sale than invent a problem.
Don't fill out a form. Call 303-500-1667 and we'll talk you through protecting what's under the leak, then get emergency tarping moving. Weekends count as emergencies too.
Fix, Replace, or Upgrade Your Home's Exterior
Eight residential services, one accountable crew. Each page goes deeper: what's involved, what it costs to ignore, and how we approach the work.
Residential Roofing
Full replacement, new construction, ventilation, and roof certifications. We match the system to Colorado hail and high-altitude sun, not to the cheapest bid.

Leaks, torn shingles, failed flashing, and tune-ups. When a repair genuinely solves the problem, a repair is what we'll recommend. No replacement upsell.

Hail and wind assessment, careful documentation, and straight answers about whether the damage justifies an insurance claim. Sometimes it doesn't.

Energy-efficient vinyl windows for drafty, fogged, or storm-damaged units. Bad windows bleed heat all winter and cooling all summer.

Vinyl, fiber cement, and engineered wood siding, installed right the first time or replaced after hail so moisture never gets behind your walls.

Gutters formed in one continuous run, plus guards and downspouts, so snowmelt gets carried away from your foundation instead of dumped beside it.

We Look First. You Decide After.
Most people who call us aren't sure whether they need a repair, a full replacement, or nothing at all. You shouldn't have to diagnose your own roof. That's our job, and the inspection that answers the question is free.
Here's exactly what happens when you book one.
- We inspect and document.
A careful look at your roof and exterior, with photos and drone imagery where they help, gathered into an honest condition report you keep.
- We explain your options in plain English.
What's urgent, what can wait, and what each path involves. Education first. You'll understand your own roof before we ever talk about work.
- You decide, on your timeline.
No pressure calls, no expiring discounts. If the right answer is "do nothing for now," you'll hear it from us first.
Call Sooner If You're Seeing Any of These
- Shingles or shingle pieces in the yard after a windstorm
- Water stains spreading on a ceiling or an upstairs wall
- Gutters overflowing, sagging, or pulling away from the fascia
- Hail anywhere in your neighborhood, even if the roof looks fine from the ground
- A home you're buying or selling that needs a roof certification
We regularly climb down the ladder and tell a homeowner there's nothing wrong up there. It costs us that sale. It's also the reason the next call, the real one, comes to us.
Questions We Hear Every Week
Do you really not charge for inspections?
Really. Inspections are free, with no obligation attached. We document what we find, walk you through it in plain English, and you keep the findings whether or not you ever hire us.
Do you handle both residential and commercial properties?
Yes. We work on homes across the Front Range and on commercial, multi-family, and industrial buildings. Different systems, same approach: inspect honestly, explain clearly, build it right.
Can you repair my roof instead of replacing it?
Often, yes. When a repair is the right solution, a repair is what we recommend, even though a replacement would be a bigger ticket for us. You'll get our honest read either way, in writing.
Will you help with an insurance claim?
Yes, from documentation through the adjuster meeting to the final walkthrough, and typically you're only responsible for your deductible. One caveat: if the damage isn't legitimate, we won't push a claim. That protects you as much as it protects us.
What areas do you serve?
We're based in Castle Rock and serve the Front Range, including the Denver metro, Colorado Springs, Boulder, Fort Collins, Parker, Highlands Ranch, and surrounding communities. For major storm events and commercial projects, we travel statewide.
