Effective July 2026. This Privacy Policy explains what information VerityRoofing.com collects, why we collect it, and exactly how to reach us about it.
Start With the Plain-English Summary
We're a roofing company, not a data company. This website exists to help Colorado homeowners make smart decisions about their roofs, and the only information it ever asks of you is what you choose to send us through our contact form.
Here's our whole philosophy in one line: we treat your information the way we treat your roof. We tell homeowners when there's no damage, even when that honesty costs us the sale, and the same standard applies to your data. We collect very little. We use it to answer you. We don't sell it, and we never will.
This page works alongside our Terms of Service, which covers use of the site itself, and our Accessibility Statement, which explains the display tools built into every page.
Fill out our form and we'll see what you typed. Browse without it, and all we see is the routine technical traffic every website sees. That's the whole story.
Know Exactly What We Collect
Information you send through the contact form
When you request an inspection or ask a question on our contact page, the form asks for:
- Your name
- Your phone number
- Your email address
- The city where your property sits
- The service you're asking about
- Whatever you choose to type in the message box
The list ends there. The form also contains one hidden field that only spam bots fill in. You'll never see it, and it never touches your information.
Routine server logs
Like nearly every website, our hosting server keeps standard technical logs: IP addresses, browser types, which pages were requested, and when. We look at them for security and troubleshooting, and for nothing else. They sit apart from your form submissions and aren't matched to your name.
See How We Use It, and What We Refuse to Do
Your form submission arrives as an email to our office in Castle Rock. We use it for one purpose: responding to your inquiry. That might mean scheduling your free inspection, answering a repair question, or preparing the estimate you asked for.
We also keep the resulting email thread so the next conversation picks up where the last one ended. Nobody likes repeating their roof's history three times.
Just as important is what we won't do. We don't sell your information. We don't rent it, trade it, or pass it to other contractors, lead brokers, or marketing lists. No ad networks receive it. No data brokers see it.
The single exception: if a valid legal order compels disclosure, we'll comply with the law. That's rare, and it's the only door.
Understand the Google
Services Built Into This Site
Three embedded Google services help this site work. When your browser loads them, Google's servers receive the kind of technical data any website you visit can see, such as your IP address and browser type, and Google handles it under its own privacy policy, not ours. Here's each one, plainly.

Prefer to limit that? Most browsers and privacy extensions can block third-party requests, and this site stays readable without them.
Parts of the site load from Google, so Google sees ordinary technical traffic. Your form submissions never go to Google. They come straight to us.
Check What This Site Stores in Your Browser
We don't run advertising cookies, analytics trackers, or retargeting pixels. As of the effective date above, this site sets no cookies of its own.
One thing does get stored: your accessibility preferences. The accessibility widget on every page lets you choose larger text, higher contrast, and similar display settings, and it saves those choices in your browser's local storage so they stick between visits. Those settings live on your device. They're never transmitted to us, and you can clear them anytime through the widget or your browser settings.
Google Translate may set its own cookie if you use it, as noted above.
Ask Us to Show, Correct,
or Delete Your Information
Emails you send us stay in our inbox for as long as we need them to serve you. Active inquiries stay close at hand. Correspondence about completed work is kept as an ordinary business record, because roof questions sometimes surface long after the crew leaves, and having the history helps us help you fast.
Don't want us holding it? Just ask. You can request a copy of what we have about you, ask us to correct something, or have it deleted entirely.

Deletion has one limit: records the law requires us to keep, such as invoices for completed work, stay until the law says otherwise.

This site is written for homeowners, property managers, and business owners. It isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has submitted our form, contact us and we'll delete the information promptly.
Changes to this policy
If our practices change, this page changes first, and the effective date at the top changes with it. We won't quietly weaken how we handle your information. Significant updates will be noted here, in the same plain language as the rest of this page.
Get Answers to Common Privacy Questions
Do you sell or share my contact information?
No. Your information is used to respond to your inquiry and for nothing else. We don't sell, rent, or trade it, and the only exception is a valid legal order.
Can I use this site without sending you any personal information?
Yes. If you never submit the contact form, we receive only the routine technical logs every website generates. You can also just call or email us directly.
How do I get my information corrected or deleted?
Email Support@VerityRoofing.com, call 303-500-1667, or write to our Castle Rock office. We'll verify it's you, make the change, and confirm what we did.
Why does the site load anything from Google?
We use Google Maps for directions to our office, Google Translate for language options, and Google Fonts for the site's typefaces. Google receives standard technical data when those load, but never your form submissions.
