These Terms of Service govern your use of VerityRoofing.com, the website of Verity Roofing & Exteriors in Castle Rock, Colorado. By browsing the site, reading our guides, or sending us a request, you're agreeing to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
We wrote it the way we talk with homeowners: directly. No legal maze, no gotchas. Where the law demands formal language, a plain-English note sits right below it.

We publish a lot about hail, wind, and the freeze-thaw cycles that wear on Colorado roofs, because informed homeowners make better decisions and the fear of an expensive mistake is real.
Educate first, sell second.
Here's the legal line. Everything on this site is general information. It isn't advice about your specific roof, and it isn't a binding estimate, quote, or offer. Two houses on the same street can need different work. Until we've inspected your roof and we've both signed a written contract, nothing on this website commits you or us to anything.

Know How Inspection and Estimate Requests Work
Sending a form or calling 303-500-1667 starts a conversation. Nothing more. You're not obligated to hire us, and we're not obligated to perform work. Here's what happens:
- You reach out
Tell us what's going on: a leak, storm damage, an aging roof, or just a question you want answered honestly.
- We confirm a time
A real person follows up to schedule your free roof inspection.
- We inspect and tell you the truth
If there's no damage, we say so and shake your hand. If repair beats replacement, we recommend the repair. Even when it costs us the bigger job.
- You get it in writing
If work makes sense, we prepare a written proposal. Nothing is binding on either side until we both sign a contract.
Worried a roofer will invent damage to force a claim? Fair. We won't pressure an insurance claim when the damage isn't legitimate. Honest inspections are the whole point.
Use the Site Fairly and Respect Our Work
Our content and trademarks
The text, photos, graphics, and layout of this site belong to Verity Roofing & Exteriors or our licensors. Manufacturer names and certification marks belong to their respective owners. Read, print, and share pages for personal, non-commercial use. Copying, scraping, republishing, or selling our content requires written permission.
Acceptable use of the site
Most visitors will never need this section. Still, you agree not to:
- Break into, probe, or overload the site or its hosting
- Introduce malicious code or interfere with other visitors
- Submit forms under a false identity or with someone else's information
- Run bots that scrape or mass-download content
- Use the site for anything unlawful
We may suspend or block access for anyone who abuses the site.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes about the website belong in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.
We may update these terms
When we do, the effective date at the top changes and meaningful updates get a clear note. Keep using the site afterward and you're accepting the revised terms.
If one part fails, the rest still applies
Courts sometimes strike individual clauses. If that happens here, the affected provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and everything else stays in effect.
Get Answers About These Terms
Is anything on this website a binding estimate?
No. Website content is general education. Pricing and scope are set only in a written contract that both you and Verity Roofing & Exteriors sign after an inspection.
Does requesting an inspection commit me to anything?
No. A form or a phone call just starts the conversation. Inspections are free, and you're never obligated to hire us. If we find no damage, we'll tell you that too.
Can I share or reuse content from this site?

Which state's laws apply to these terms?
