We use it wherever it adds something real: steep pitches, fragile materials, multi-story homes, or any roof where complete overhead documentation strengthens the report. On a simple walkable roof, boots and a camera are often enough. Either way, it costs you nothing.
Will your inspection work for my insurance claim?
Yes. We photograph and document damage the way adjusters expect to see it, and we can meet your adjuster on site to walk through the findings together. One thing we won't do is push a claim for damage that isn't legitimate. That protects both you and your claim history.
