Find Your City

Every location has its own weather, building stock, and rhythm. Pick your city for local detail, or just call and we will point you the right way.

Weather along the Front Range is not the same from town to town. Castle Rock and the Palmer Divide catch some of the heaviest hail in the country. The foothills towns get downslope wind that can peel poorly nailed shingles. The high mountain towns deal with snow loads and ice dams the plains never see. We build every roof for the conditions it actually faces, and we start every project the same way, with a free roof inspection and a straight answer. If a storm just rolled through, our storm damage team documents everything before you call your insurer, and our insurance claim guidance walks you through the rest.

Home Turf

Castle Rock and Douglas County

This is home. Our shop sits in Castle Rock, so Douglas County and the surrounding communities get the shortest drive and the fastest response. It is also some of the most hail-prone ground in Colorado, which is why so many homeowners here ask us about impact-resistant roofing and metal roofing.

The Metro

Denver Metro Area

The metro is a patchwork of roof ages and styles, from historic bungalows to brand-new subdivisions, all sitting in Colorado's hail alley. We handle residential roofing, repairs, commercial, and multi-family work across the city.

Up North

North of Denver

From Boulder's foothills to the plains around Greeley, the northern Front Range mixes strong wind with heavy hail. Class 4 roofing and honest storm documentation earn their keep up here.

Down South

Southern Colorado

South of the Palmer Divide the sun gets stronger and the country opens up. From Colorado Springs to Pueblo, we match materials to a hotter, drier climate and to the hail that still rolls through.

Up High

Mountain Towns

The high country plays by different rules. Snow loads, ice dams, and wildfire drive the choices, and access alone can make a project harder. We travel for these roofs and build them for real mountain winters. See our roofing systems for the materials that hold up here.

Same Standard

How We Work in Every Town

The city changes. The way we work does not. Wherever you are on this map, a project starts with a free inspection and an honest read on what your roof actually needs. If a repair will do, we say so, even when a replacement is the bigger sale. If we climb up and find nothing wrong, we tell you that too. We would rather lose a job than talk you into one you do not need, because the whole business runs on the next referral, not the next storm.

That honesty matters most after hail. Plenty of out-of-town crews chase Colorado storms, knock on doors the morning after, and push claims that do not hold up. We are not one of them. We are veteran-owned, founded by Brian Zimmerman, a Marine, and based right here in Castle Rock. When damage is real, we document it carefully and stand with you through the insurance process. When it is not, we save you the deductible and the headache.

Every city page below is built around the local weather, the local building stock, and the questions homeowners in that town actually ask. The services are the same strong lineup across all of them, from roof replacement and repairs to gutters, siding, and exterior painting. What changes is how we apply them to your roof, your exposure, and your budget.

Not On The List

Don't See Your Town

This is where most of our work happens, but it is not a fence. We serve communities across the Front Range and travel statewide for larger projects and major storm events. If your town is not listed, call 303-500-1667 or use our contact page and ask. If we are not the right crew for your area, we will say so and try to point you toward someone who is. You can also start with a free online estimate on our instant estimate page.
