- We inspect, free of charge.
We set a time that works for you, then look at the roof itself, on foot or by drone, and photograph everything. You see the same pictures we see, so nobody can inflate a damage report or "discover" a problem that was never there.
- We give you a straight answer.
Repair, replacement, an insurance conversation, or nothing at all. We put our findings in writing and walk you through your options in plain English. Then the decision is yours, on your timeline. We don't chase.
We regularly tell homeowners there's nothing wrong with their roof. It costs us jobs and it wins us neighbors. If your roof doesn't need work, you'll hear that from us before you hear anything else.
