Commercial Roofing Services in Colorado:
A Partner for Property Portfolios
Deferred maintenance turns small leaks into capital hits. We help you see problems coming, budget for them, and fix the right things at the right time.
Stop Letting the Roof Ambush Your Budget
Most commercial roofing services in Colorado are built around one moment: the day your roof fails. We built ours around every day before that.
Here's the pattern we see across the Front Range. A roof gets ignored because nothing looks wrong from the parking lot. Hail hits, seams age, drains clog with debris. Then one spring a tenant calls about water stains, and you're explaining an unbudgeted capital expense to owners or a board who thought the roof was fine.
That's the expensive mistake. Not the leak. The surprise.
So we work differently.
We'd rather be your long-term roofing partner than the emergency vendor you found in a panic. That means regular roof and drone inspections, documented condition reports, a preventative maintenance program that catches small problems while they're still small, and straight talk about when commercial roof repair or replacement actually makes sense. Replacement should land in the year you planned for it, not the year it forces itself on you.

Book a roof inspectionMatch Your Situation to the Right First Move
You don't need a roofing education to make a good call here. You need a starting point.
| Your Situation | The Usual Right Move | Start Here |
|---|---|---|
| Active leak or fresh storm damage | Emergency response and targeted repair first, then an honest assessment of the whole system | Commercial roofing |
| Aging roof, membrane still sound | A silicone or acrylic coating can extend service life for far less than replacement | Roof coatings |
| No known problems | That's the risky one. Annual inspections and a maintenance agreement, before anything surfaces | Preventative maintenance |
| Buying, selling, or refinancing | A documented condition report before anyone signs | Roof inspections |
| End of service life, failures spreading | Planned replacement, scheduled around your budget cycle and your tenants | Commercial roof replacement |
When a repair is the honest answer, a repair is what we quote, and if your roof turns out fine we'll tell you that too. Yes, that costs us some sales. We'd rather lose one job than have you second-guess every report we hand you after it.
From First Inspection to a
Capital Plan You Can Defend
- Walk the roof, or fly it
We start with a free inspection. Drone imaging where it helps, boots on the membrane where it matters.
- Document what's actually there
You get a photo-backed condition report in plain English. If there's no damage, the report says so.
- Fix the small stuff early
A maintenance agreement handles sealant failures, clogged drains, and minor membrane repairs before Colorado's freeze-thaw cycles turn them into interior damage.
- Plan the big stuff together
Coatings, restoration, or replacement get scheduled into your reserve or capital budget on your timeline, with honest recommendations you can take to owners or a board.
- Stay reachable
One dedicated contact, communication through the whole project, and emergency response when hail rolls through the Front Range.
Know What's Sitting on Your Buildings

TPO, EPDM, PVC, Metal, and More
Flat and low-slope roofs aren't one product. We install and maintain TPO, EPDM, PVC, modified bitumen, built-up, metal, and standing seam systems, and we'll explain in plain terms which one fits your building, your exposure, and your hold period.
Colorado is hard on membranes. Intense sun at altitude, hail in the warm months, freeze-thaw movement all winter. The right system, detailed correctly and maintained on schedule, shrugs most of that off.
Not sure what's on your buildings now? Start with our roofing systems guide, or just ask during your inspection. Education first, selling second. That's how we run every conversation.
Get Straight Answers Before
You Commit to Anything
Do you work across multiple properties or an entire portfolio?
Yes. We inspect and maintain portfolios across the Front Range, and we take on larger commercial projects statewide. You get one point of contact and a separate condition report for each building, so budgeting stays clean per property.
Can you help us budget for a future roof replacement?
That's the heart of our preventative maintenance programs. We document each roof's condition, flag what's wearing, and help you place coatings, repairs, or replacement into your capital or reserve plan so nothing arrives as a surprise.
Is a coating a real alternative to replacement?
Sometimes, and we'll tell you honestly which case is yours. Silicone and acrylic coatings can restore a sound membrane and push replacement years down the road. A coating over a failing roof just hides the problem, so we inspect first and recommend it only where it genuinely fits.
What happens when hail hits one of our buildings?
Call us at 303-500-1667. We provide emergency response and tarping, then document the damage for your insurance claim. If the damage doesn't justify a claim, we'll say that too. We don't pressure claims that aren't legitimate, ever.
Do you handle multi-family and industrial buildings?
Yes. We roof HOA communities, apartments, and townhomes, plus warehouses, manufacturing plants, and distribution centers. The systems differ, but the approach doesn't: inspect honestly, maintain on schedule, replace only when it's truly time.
