Worried About Paying for a Roof
You Don't Need? Good Instinct.

We Teach First. We Sell Second, and Only If You Need It.
Roofing has a trust problem, and you know it. After every big Front Range hailstorm, unfamiliar trucks flood the neighborhoods and strangers knock on doors promising free roofs. So the fear underneath every homeowner call we take is really the same fear: what if I say yes to the wrong thing and it costs me thousands?
Here's our answer.
Verity was founded by Brian Zimmerman, a United States Marine Corps veteran, and we run it on a simple rule: tell the truth about the roof, whatever it costs us. When a repair will solve the problem, we recommend the repair, not a replacement. When there's no damage, we say so, shake your hand, and leave. And we will not push you toward an insurance claim that isn't legitimate. Ever.
What education-first actually looks like on your driveway:
- Photos of everything we find, explained in plain English before anyone talks price
- Repair recommended over replacement whenever repair is the right call
- "There's no damage" delivered as good news, not as a missed sale
- Zero pressure on insurance claims, and honest advice when a claim isn't justified
- One dedicated point of contact from first inspection to final handshake

You see the photos and hear what they mean. If the honest finding is "your roof is fine," that's exactly what you'll hear.
- Options, ranked honestly
Repair or replace, material choices, insurance or retail, financing if you want it. We explain the trade-offs and let you decide.
- The work, with real communication
A dedicated point of contact keeps you posted through the entire project, so you're never left wondering what's happening on your own roof.
- Final walkthrough
We inspect the finished work with you and hand over documentation for your records. First inspection to final handshake.

Get Answers Before You Spend a Dime
Do you charge for roof inspections?
No. Inspections are free, with no obligation attached. You get honest findings and photos either way, and if nothing's wrong, we'll tell you exactly that.
Will you really tell me if my roof doesn't need work?
Yes, and we do it often. Recommending repairs over replacement, and saying "no damage" when there's no damage, costs us sales sometimes. We'd rather lose a sale than your trust.
Should I file an insurance claim after a hailstorm?
Only if the damage is legitimate, and that's what the free inspection determines. If a claim makes sense, we help document it and meet with your adjuster, and typically you're only responsible for your deductible. If it doesn't, we'll tell you plainly and save you the headache.
Can you help if my claim was denied?
Yes. We review denied claims, check whether the damage was documented properly, and can request a re-inspection with your insurer. Sometimes a denial is just a documentation problem.
What areas do you serve?
The Colorado Front Range: Castle Rock, the Denver metro, Parker, Highlands Ranch, Littleton, Boulder, Fort Collins, Colorado Springs, Pueblo, and surrounding communities. We're expanding, and we travel farther for major storm events.
